Sign-ups and unsubscribes
Section titled “Sign-ups and unsubscribes”- Sign-up with double opt-in (form + confirmation email click, a GDPR requirement). Unconfirmed addresses receive nothing.

The list belongs to the municipality
Section titled “The list belongs to the municipality”Check subscribers and their status under Subscribers. The list is exportable and owned by the town hall: switching tools never forces citizens to re-register.
Sending domain
Section titled “Sending domain”During onboarding the municipal domain is verified (SPF/DKIM DNS records) so newsletters are sent from newsletter@yourtown.cat. Until then, a shared EnaPost domain is used with the town’s name as sender.
Proof of send
Section titled “Proof of send”Every email (newsletters and confirmations) is stored in the Email log: recipient, subject, content and date.
