Is this another app citizens must install?
Section titled “Is this another app citizens must install?”No. EnaPost publishes to the channels people already use: web, email, radio, WhatsApp and paper. There is no download battle to lose.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Section titled “What if the AI gets something wrong?”Nothing is published without human approval. AI drafts stay labeled (“AI-generated”) until someone reviews them.
Must citizens confirm their newsletter subscription?
Section titled “Must citizens confirm their newsletter subscription?”Yes — double opt-in (a GDPR requirement). Unconfirmed addresses receive nothing.
Can we export the subscriber list?
Section titled “Can we export the subscriber list?”Always: the list belongs to the municipality. If you ever leave EnaPost, you take it with you.
Which languages does it publish in?
Section titled “Which languages does it publish in?”Catalan, Spanish and English out of the box; more by configuration. Automatic translations are labeled and the original is the only official text.
How is it procured?

How does it integrate with an official website we cannot edit?

Can we show it on a TV screen in the lobby?
Section titled “Can we show it on a TV screen in the lobby?”Yes. Each screen has its own link that the TV opens once; from then on it shows what you publish and keeps itself up to date, in every language, and past events disappear. Included in every tier, no per-screen cost. See the screens guide.
The dashboard says a screen has “no signal”. What do I do?
Section titled “The dashboard says a screen has “no signal”. What do I do?”The TV has not contacted EnaPost in the last few minutes: usually the Wi-Fi, or the TV is off. Meanwhile the screen keeps showing the last content it had. If you regenerated the link, open the new one on the TV.
