Screens
Every post you approve can also go out on a TV screen: the town hall lobby, the library, the health centre, the sports hall, the community centre, the market. No digital-signage software needed: the TV opens one link once and keeps itself up to date with what you publish.
What is shown
Section titled “What is shown”- Approved posts (announcements, events and official notices), with the headline and short text the AI drafts for the screen — editable like any other channel version.
- In every enabled language of the town, alternating.
- Events disappear by themselves once they have passed; announcements and notices expire after the number of days you configure (30 by default) or on the date you set in the post’s “Show until”.
- A pinned post (the drought notice, the urgent warning) comes first on every cycle until you unpin it.
- When there is nothing to show, the screen displays the town name and the clock — it never goes black.
Two modes

Have as many screens as you like, each with its own settings: what to show, how many posts, how often to check for updates, clock, footer with the town name, dimmed brightness at night.
Connecting it
Section titled “Connecting it”From Screens → New screen, give it a name and a location. The settings page shows the screen link and a QR code so you never have to type it with a remote. That link is the TV’s only key: don’t share it, and if it has leaked, regenerate it (the old one stops working immediately).

When a screen has not connected for a few minutes, the EnaPost dashboard tells you (“the library screen has had no signal since Tuesday”) before anyone notices.
What happens if the Wi-Fi drops
Section titled “What happens if the Wi-Fi drops”The screen keeps showing the last content it had and re-syncs by itself when the connection is back. On the dashboard it shows as “no signal since…”.
What it is NOT
Section titled “What it is NOT”It is not a digital-signage system: no video, playlists, weather or device management. If the town needs that, EnaPost still works as the content source (RSS or the screen page itself) for tools such as Xibo or Yodeck.
Accessibility and privacy
Section titled “Accessibility and privacy”- The screen uses no cookies and no external services and identifies nobody: it only counts that the TV is connected.
- Any key or tap pauses the rotation (it resumes by itself after a minute); the static-board mode has no motion at all. The same content is always accessible on the town’s public page.
