Editor's guide
Create a post
Section titled “Create a post”- On the dashboard, click New post.
- Choose the type: announcement, event (date, time, venue — appears on the public agenda, ICS feed and website widget) or official notice (with a printable poster version).
- Write the title and body once, in your language.
- Optionally, Show until: the date from which screens stop showing the post (events expire by themselves once past; announcements and notices after the days each screen is configured with).
- Click Create and prepare versions.
Per-channel versions
Section titled “Per-channel versions”EnaPost automatically drafts one version per channel: web, newsletter (subject and body), radio audio script, WhatsApp message and a version for the TV screens (60-character headline and 160-character text, with a screen preview). Each draft carries the ”✨ AI-generated” badge until someone reviews it: edit anything and click Save — the badge clears.
Approve and publish
Section titled “Approve and publish”The Approve and publish button does everything: public page, RSS/ICS, newsletter to confirmed subscribers, audio bulletin, automatic translations, a copy-paste-ready WhatsApp version and the town’s screens, which pick it up on their next check. Nothing goes out without this step.
Translations
Section titled “Translations”Generated automatically on publish, labeled “automatic translation”. Editing one marks it “reviewed”; reviewed translations are never overwritten automatically. The original text is the only legally valid version.
The delivery log
Section titled “The delivery log”Every post has its log: per channel, what went out, when, and to how many recipients — documented proof that the town informed its citizens.
