Onboarding
Setup checklist (no IT project required):
- Town data: official name, coat of arms/logo, address (
app.enapost.enacast.com/t/yourtown/; your own domain: coming soon), enabled languages. - Users: who will publish. One user can manage several municipalities (shared clerk, county council).
- Sending domain (coming soon): today the newsletter is sent from an EnaPost address; later, from the town’s own address with SPF/DKIM records in the municipal DNS.
- Widget on the official website — one line, pasted once, versioned (
/v1/):
<div id="enapost-agenda"></div><script src="https://app.enapost.enacast.com/widget/v1/agenda.js" data-town="yourtown" defer></script>- Screens (optional): for every TV that should show the posts, Screens → New screen and open the link (or scan the QR) on the device once — see the screens guide.
- Invoicing: DIR3 codes for Facturae e-invoicing via eFACT/FACe. EnaPost fits a Spanish minor contract (services up to €15,000/yr excluding VAT); quotes at hola@enacast.com.
- Procurement documentation: DPA, accessibility statement, justification report — see Compliance.
With the data at hand, full setup takes less than a week.
